About Us

Trufind is an independent online search service. We assist consultancy agencies and other companies and individuals with internet search, media checks, social media checks, reputation interviews and other related services on subjects that they’re interested in.

If you’re looking for background information to help you make a decision about establishing cooperation with a certain subject (company or business professional), or if you need information in order to give a proper advice to a client on potential cooperation with certain subjects, we can help you find it.

We have a network of experienced professionals that have mastered various search techniques and know how to get to any publicly available piece of information, no matter in which corner of the internet it might be hidden.

We are also able to make context of individual pieces of information, and to provide additional information and explanations through interviews.

Legality

We collect only publicly available information through specific search techniques in order to save our clients’ time and effort in obtaining background information on a subject. We do not illegally break into computer systems or perform any other actions that would be in violation with the laws of any country related to the project (the client’s, the subject’s or other).

Confidentiality

All information is kept confidential and is available only to the ones involved or having ordered the project. Client information is not available to interview respondents or other entities.

Ethics

We trust our clients to order and use the obtained information for professional and business purposes only, to help them make assessments and decisions, provide advice to their clients and for similar purposes. We do not provide services to state entities, for personal needs, or for any other purposes that are not related to business.

Locations

TruFind is a worldwide search service. Our network is established in four countries in South East Europe (Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia and Bulgaria), but we have searched for companies and business professionals on all continents. We are able to understand local contexts, availability or limitations of public information and media information, availability of social media services, as well as local business and communication cultures, in order to conduct successful searches.
